Process Start-Up Checkout

Tetra Tech RTW coordinates plant startup for a smooth transition from operating the existing facility to operating the new facility. Our primary goal is zero permit violations. This transition is accomplished by carefully tracking the submission of equipment O & M manuals, testing of equipment, and training of operations personnel.

Tetra Tech RTW has engineers on staff who are certified water and wastewater treatment plant operators with hands-on experience in plant startup. During process startup, we startup units and initiate process control; get laboratory and process control testing programs up and running; establish preventive maintenance programs; as well as train plant staff in process control operations.
